Inside the app
- Click Help in the side menu for searchable documentation, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Most pages have a small "?" icon next to important controls — hover for a quick tip.
From your church administrator
Your administrator is the first stop for: permission requests, account problems, forgotten passwords (they can reset yours), and questions about church-specific settings.
From the support team
For technical problems your administrator can't solve — bugs, login failures, missing features — your administrator can contact the Church Genius Pro support team on your behalf.
