1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for churches and ministry organizations.
2. Subscriptions & Trials
Paid plans are billed monthly and include a 1-month free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. The Free plan is free forever with the limits described on our Pricing page.
3. Your Data
Your church owns its data. We provide free migration support to help you import data, and export tools so you can take your data with you at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unlawful communications. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
